We present to you a string of culinary journeys crafted by Chef Claude, each evening featuring a special guest winery, invited to share its unique story, charm, and exquisite flavours in a refined setting complemented by live music.

Join us on November 9th, at 19:00, for Wine & Dine, a delightful wine paired 4-course dinner, featuring the refined wines of Awesomm Winery.

Menu: 

  • Artisanal bread, seasoned with olive oil, aceto, Parmesan, and spices
  • Foie gras terrine with fruit and raspberry jelly – paired with a dry Cabernet Franc Rosé
  • Gratinated Saint Jacques scallops with Taleggio cheese – paired with a dry Romanian Tămâioasă
  • Beef tournedos with Oyster mushrooms – paired with Cuvee Valentin (Cabernet Franc, Syrah, Fetească Neagră), dry
  • Sweet surprise

    Guests can also indulge in a cigar bar experience with cigar master Dorin Chițiba. 

    • The entrance fee is 300 lei per guest.

    This dinner is part of our adults only special weekend, Unwind & Indulge: Spanish Flavours  (Nov. 8-10), an experience designed to soothe and pamper all senses.
