On December 1st, we warmly invite you to our brunch, “Datini & Arome”, from 12:30 to 15:00, a feast for those who cherish authentic Romanian tastes and traditions.

Gather with us around a generous table laden with classic Romanian delicacies: crispy pork cracklings, savoury pork rinds, and cured ham, perfectly paired with red onions, hot peppers, and an assortment of seed-crusted sourdough bread.

Mulled plum brandy and spiced mulled wine will warm our spirits as we step out into the crisp seaside air, where the smoky aromas of a crackling fire will fill the terrace. The grill will be fired up, and a hearty pot of smoked bean stew will simmer away, just as tradition demands. Live music will add a joyful note to the day, while children enjoy a creative workshop designed to spark their imaginations.

For non-hotel guests, the brunch price is 200 Lei for adults and 100 Lei for children (4-10 y/o) & the children's creative workshop is 60 Lei.  Hotel guests and families joining our brunch will enjoy special rates—call us for more details.
