The menu places Dobrogean gastronomy in the spotlight, but our Chef has also drawn inspiration from international culinary arts, particularly Mediterranean cuisine. You will find Romanian dishes and classic approaches to the morning's fresh catches, each given a slight twist to enhance their flavors, alongside reinterpretations of dishes from the shores of the Mediterranean.

Both the hotel and the restaurant offer flexibility in terms of space arrangement and the services they can integrate to fully meet the guests' wishes.
